West Loch Shoreline Park. Took it easy since I ran long yesterday. The sun was blazing and I died after 3 miles but zombied on till the end!

Ala Moana Beach Park. Didn't feel like running but my wife wanted to go shopping at Ala Moana. So I just walked across the street to the beach park and TADA!! Still running slow and easy cuz my hammy continues to feel a little tight.
