Sand Island (Wastewater Plant to Beach Park). Ran from the wastewater plant, around the beach park and back to my starting point. Stopped numerous times for photos. I actually got a sideache during the last mile (haven't had o for a long time!).

Ala Moana Beach Park. I was jamming to some 90's music today...Cranberries...Smashing Pumpkins...Greenday! Still, running at high noon sucks cuz it's hot, hot, hot. I did enjoy a nice swim afterwards ;-)

Pearl City Bike Path (Neal Blaisdell Park). The sun was burning hot & attempting to extract every ounce of water from my body. I was slowing at the end but didn't want to check my time and get discouraged.

Moanalua Valley. Ran up Ala Aulani St. plus a mile on the Kulana’ahane Trail before turning back. The trail was fun but the hopping around mud and rocks slowed me down. I was dead after 4.5 miles and crawled to the finish.

Pearl City Bike Path (Neal Blaisdell Park). It was hot but the clouds saved me! If the sun was out I would have died at 3 miles...like last week!

Moanalua Valley. Ran up Ala Aolani St. to the park and back...on the bike path for another 1 1/2 miles. Hot, hot, hot...wish I didn't have to run in the early afternoon.

Kamehameha Park. Almost didn't run today...ran to Kamehameha Park, just before dark...completed 5 laps & ran back home...one of the few safe places, in Kalihi, that I can run and not have to worry about dodging cars :-\
