West Loch Shoreline Park. 4.5 mile version of the route. First 2 miles sun...boooo! Next 2 miles clouds...hurray! Last half-mile the sun came out to say goodbye!

4 miles in 40:46/Split 10:10
West Loch Shoreline Park. Finished 2 hours early, with my morning client, so I was able to sneak in a morning run. Even at 10am, the sun was high in the sky but there was a nice tradewind ;-)

Sand Island Beach Park. Ran around the park for a mile before heading out to the road. I was thinking 6 miles but when I checked my pace at 4.5 miles, it was so slow that I ran hard for a half-mile and quit after 5 miles :(
