Kalihi St Loop. At the end, I still had the energy to push it up that last bit of a hill (though my lungs were starving for oxygen).

Lagoon Drive Up & Back (see above image). This course totals 4 miles (flat, flat, flat!). I died after 3 miles and walked the last mile back to my car.

Kalihi St Loop. After work & grocery shopping, I was exhausted and surprised I had the energy to run. Ran slow & steady only pushing the pace the last .2 miles uphill.

Kalihi St Loop. Sore back after work but it didn't effect my running. Felt pretty good towards the end but that last little uphill always leaves me gasping!

Kalihi St Loop. Tired & in no mood to run: tough workday, baby's doctor appt, grocery shopping, ect... Started out slow. Ran the 2nd mile 45 sec faster.

Kalihi St Loop. I was gasping that last quarter-mile (uphill). Again, ran the 2nd mile 45 sec faster (8:59). I would love a flat run where I don't have to dodge cars!
