West Loch Shoreline Park. Here comes the sun....noooooooooooo! Wanted to go 5 miles...almost quit after 3 mi but hung on to finish 4 mi...got the beat down from a celestial body :(

Ala Moana Beach Park. This is my fav spot to run...views of the beach, ocean, magic island, diamond head, downtown honolulu...ran in the late afternoon so it was nice and cool...felt great after 5 miles and could have ran a lot further...

Pearl City Bike Path (Neal Blaisell Park). Started out a little too fast and struggled during the 3rd mile (walked for 20 sec). Felt better during the last mile. Picked up the pace, during the last 200m, but felt a tweak in my right hamstring so I eased off :(
