Moanalua Valley. Ran from Moanalua Community Park to Moanalua Valley Park. There's a slight grade going up but not enough to be considered a hill ;-)

Ala Moana Beach Park. For the first 1.5 miles I wasn't even tired but...ohh ahh...the high noon sun wore me down. There weren't many runners who wanted to brave the elements.

Pearl City Bike Path (Neal Blaisdell Park). Humid...a nice breeze, hot...mostly overcast, no energy...chug...chug...5 hour energy shot! I noticed that my Nike+ was way off today! Nike+ = 4.5 miles, GPS = 3.75 miles...grr!
