Sand Island (Wastewater Plant to Beach Park). Ran from the wastewater plant, around the beach park and back to my starting point. Stopped numerous times for photos. I actually got a sideache during the last mile (haven't had o for a long time!).

Ala Moana Beach Park. I was jamming to some 90's music today...Cranberries...Smashing Pumpkins...Greenday! Still, running at high noon sucks cuz it's hot, hot, hot. I did enjoy a nice swim afterwards ;-)

Ala Moana Beach Park. More 90's Rock...GNR...Radiohead...3 Doors Down...Goo Goo Dolls...Third Eye Blind...MORE noon time sun...I wanted to go 4 miles but was crawling after 3rd mile :-(
