Moanalua Valley. Ran up Ala Aulani St. plus a mile on the Kulana’ahane Trail before turning back. The trail was fun but the hopping around mud and rocks slowed me down. I was dead after 4.5 miles and crawled to the finish.

Sand Island (Wastewater Plant to Beach Park). I was going to run fast but I felt some pain, in my foot, and backed off...finished the run pain free.

Pearl City Bike Path (Neal Blaisdell Park). It was hot but the clouds saved me! If the sun was out I would have died at 3 miles...like last week!
