Pearl City Bike Path. Followed another runner before turning around at the 2 mile point. I died at 3 miles but suffered for another half-mile.

Pearl City Bike Path. My left calf was still sore so I didn't wear my knee strap. I tried to run an easy 4 miles but gave up after 3 miles. I wasn't tired, cardio-wise, but my energy level was E=0! Hmm...maybe energy drinks and NO water is a bad combo. Also, with only 2 runs a week, for the last month, I shouldn't be increasing the length of my workouts.
