Moanalua Valley. Crawled up Ala Aolani St. in the scorching sun...ran, in the rain, back down...typical Hawaii weather!

Farrington High Track. Wanted to go 5 miles so I ran the first 3 miles slooooow. The track team started running 400m intervals so the old man picked up the pace for the last 2 miles.
