Pearl City Bike Path (Waipahu Depot Rd). Jeez, my first run of the week is on Friday?!?! Well, I had the campouts at the DMV on Monday & Tuesday. I had my gear ready to go Wednesday & Thursday but something came up after work. Excuses + laziness= and out-of-shape runner! Oh, I forgot my Nike+iPod transmitter again:(
