Tantalus-Makiki Heights Loop. This was suppose to be a short 2.5 mile loop but I missed the last turn, got lost, crawled uphill & died! I loved the downhill part (over a mile) but the descent was so sharp, I had to keep putting on the brakes.

Pearl City Bike Path (Neal Blaisdell Park). I feel so out of shape! I need to run more consistently & lose some weight. I'm gonna have to start a fat runner's club soon :-\

Farrington High Track. Felt better than my last run. Couldn't run further because my clothes were in the dryer ;-)
